About MOQ (Minimum Order Qty)
Most items have no MOQ requirement, only a few items have MOQ requirement from factory, but MOQ is only 1 carton, ranging from 100-300 pieces.
About Customization
We support OEM/ODM, including custom packaging, colors, logo printing, etc. Just let us your requirements.
About Payment
We support Wire Transfer (T/T), ACH, Western Union.
About Packaging Protection
Some factory cartons are not hard and thick enough, and when we received them the cartons were already damaged. So we customised different sizes of cartons which are tougher and we will reload the items into the tougher cartons to make sure that the items will be better protected during the transport.
About Shipping
Main shipping methods: Sea Freight, Air Freight, Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS). Delivery to your door.
Delivery Time
Sea freight: About 30 days
Air freight: 12-15 days
Express: 5-7 days
For bulk goods, we recommend sea freight because it has lower shipping cost.
About Customs Duty
For sea shipment, the shipping cost includes customs duty, so you don’t need to pay extra cost when the shipment is delivered.
About Samples
We provide free samples (but not more than 5 samples). And if you place a bulk order, the samples can be sent with the bulk shipment.
About After-Sale
If the carton is broken and the items is damaged or lost when shipment is delivered, please inform us in time and we will refund the corresponding amount or resend in the next shipment.
